Also tried practicing this butterfly pull ups. Coach and I both believe they are only good for time... but for actually TRAINING. Because you aren't really getting your chin over the bar. Plus during competition there could be rules and butterfly pulls would be point less. I got a few in, not too shabby, but really unorthodox. But hey if I gotta make time and they allow it.... damn might as well try it....
